Where do you work?

We’re based out of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Richmond Virginia but can work anywhere. Most of our clients are regional or statewide.

Outside of the New River Valley and Central Virginia we simply bill for lodging and travel costs at standard rates.


What do you charge?

All of our contracts are customized to fit each client’s individual needs. We currently bill at $125/hour for most clients and $81 for non-profits.

Video projects start at $1200 and our photography prices are publicly available here.

Website projects start at $2299 through our New Business Website Setup Program. For projects outside the scope of that program, please contact us today!

When thinking about a marketing budget it is important to look at your industry average and then decide how aggressive you want to be with your marketing. Also, consider your direct competitors and the marketing time and money they are putting in.


How do we get started?

The process is simple: contact us today to schedule a meeting. We’ll meet with you to discuss your needs and then provide you with a detailed “Scope of Work” that details all deliverables for your project. Once you’re happy with the terms, simply sign and pay the required deposit.

We’re currently booking about three months ahead, so if you’re considering Aspire, it’s important to schedule with us soon!

We find our most successful partnerships to be with owners and businesses who want to grow but do not have the time to handle their marketing needs or hire an in-house staff.
