During our time together, whether that’s a phone call or a meeting at your business, we’ll ask a variety of questions to understand your needs and see if our company is a good fit for the project.

Once we’ve had a chance to talk, we’ll quickly provide an estimate and let you know exact costs for any services you’re interested in.
Project Vs. Monthly Retainer
We work in two basic ways here at Aspire: on one-off projects and on a monthly retainer basis. There are pros and cons of each and we don’t have a preference. It’s all about what your organization needs!
We’re always happy to do a one-off project for our customers. Projects make wonderful sense if you’re launching a brand and plan to have in-house support, want to highlight a single project or event, or just want to start small with your marketing endeavors.
A great example of this is event coverage. If you have a grand opening or special event at your business, book with us to cover that!
While we do a lot of single projects, most of our clients work with us on a recurring basis. This helps us build a relationship with them and help with the inevitable seasonal changes of any business. We provide services like:
Social media management (Plan, Create, and Post on their behalf)
Sales pipeline planning and support
Our monthly clients usually choose a number of these services that work together to drive awareness, help generate leads, and accomplish marketing goals for their business. We either work alongside in-house support or handle the entirety of their marketing needs with our Aspire staff.
Each of our recurring plans are completely customized, which is why we’re unable to provide you immediate pricing before we meet with you. After a quick meeting and some research on our end, though, we can turn around an accurate price quickly!
A Straightforward Estimate
Our estimates are always simple. No matter what type of project we’re quoting, you’ll receive a clear-and-concise estimate that outlines deliverables and provides you with a total cost. This back-and-forth is generally handled by email unless a more formal estimate is required. This lets us negotiate and be flexible early on, before we decide on specifics for your organization.
Each estimate includes a rough schedule as well. These dates might change depending on when you sign an agreement; however, we always want to let you know realistic deadlines.
Contract And Onboarding
Once we’ve reached an agreement, we’ll send you a formal contract through our invoicing software, Honeybook. You’ll review and sign the contract and pay for your initial deposit all within this software. Generally, we ask for a 50% deposit for projects and a first month’s cost for recurring clients.
A Relationship With Our Team From Day One.
After the contract portion is complete, you’re officially teamed up with Aspire! We have a variety of onboarding materials and questionnaires, depending on the project. That might be an initial video planning meeting, website questionnaire, or setup for social media accounts.
