When we provide event coverage, we’re available for as much or as little time as you need. Perhaps you need us around for an entire conference; maybe you just need one headshot of your keynote speaker.
On the day or days we attend your event, we’ll have staff on-site that are dedicated specifically to videography, photography, drone work, and short-form content. It all depends on your needs and we’re happy to scale up or down each day to accomplish your goals.
Our pricing for event coverage is straightforward. We’re happy to structure pricing on a per-image, per-minute of video, or simply an hourly basis for our staff. Event coverage starts at $300 and is fully customized to meet your needs. We’re always happy to submit an RFP or competitive bid as well. When we bid, our pricing tends to be competitive with everyone regionally—our main differentiator is our attention-to-detail and the quality of your final product. We love what we do and always strive to offer something exceptional, well beyond your expectations.
